Hello! I’m Nicole.
I followed a diet mentality for most of my life. I labeled foods as “good” or “bad”, and I tried to limit the “bad” foods and eat in moderation, only to struggle with intense food cravings and overeating. I never felt satisfied after eating my “bad” foods, even if I ate a large amount. I thought I lacked willpower and felt guilt and shame for overeating; what was wrong with me?
After applying intuitive eating principles, I was amazed how the intense food cravings and loss-of-control eating have disappeared. I trust my body to tell me when, what, and how much to eat. My weight has stabilized, and I have more appreciation for my body and a diversity of body sizes. Intuitive eating has improved my life. It’s granted me freedom from food rules and allowed me to find pleasure and satisfaction in eating. I now guide individuals to find the same peace with food and their bodies.
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Dietetics Administration. Previously, I worked as a dietitian in clinical and corporate wellness settings.
Aside from work, I love all types of music, singing, dancing, visiting new places, and hanging out with my family.
